Solukai Works is a Houston-based grow operation focused on clean, consistent microgreens for chefs and local customers.

Custom built growing system, the approach prioritizes controlled environments, efficient use of light and water, and continuous refinement of growing methods. The goal is to produce reliable, high-quality greens while exploring more resilient ways to grow fresh food at a local level.

Current production is centered around a rotating salad mix and radish, with basil, pea shoots, and sunflower microgreens available on request. Trial and custom grow orders are always open, with an emphasis on building consistent weekly supply.
